Tom Spiros has over 20+ years in bodywork therapy. He is a licensed massage therapist, self- therapy coach and author of therapy books. As a massage therapist, his clients use specific and simple techniques to maximize healing, reduce muscle dysfunction, and increase overall health and wellness. Tom consults with each of his clients on how to practice for all types of aches and pains we are treating.
TPS Wellness offers self-care practices for shoulder pain, low back tension, knee pain, hip pain, hand tension, neck pain, head pain, jaw pain, foot pain, plantar fasciitis, and much more using techniques with a percussion massage hammer and massage therapy ball. The right tools and practices are essential for the muscles to release, relax, and repair.
